The JKA of Manitoba, led by Chief Instructor P.Dingman 6th Dan JKA, has been a pillar for Shotokan Karate in Manitoba for over 50 years. With an impeccable focus on developing a solid foundation of kihon (basics), kata (forms) and kumite (sparring) along with respect, self-discipline and the pursuit to excel for a strong mind as well as body, makes this style, Dingman-Ryu Shotokan Karate Do, beneficial for all ages.

 

The JKA of Manitoba North-Shotokan Karate Do Academy, led by Head Instructor Sensei Effered Munoz, 2nd Dan JKA, continues the long standing tradition set by Dingman Sensei, and will be the hub for true JKA Shotokan Karate in the northwest community of Winnipeg.
